Paige Le and Michael Williams have been providing personalized service to families exclusively in the Dallas–Fort Worth area since 2018. Together with the rest of the Servant Heart Team, they’ve developed invaluable expertise in helping families navigate complex challenges involving lenders, creditors, legal matters, taxes, and estate planning.
Over the past six years, we’ve had the privilege of assisting hundreds of families with the unique challenges of inherited properties. Whether your loved one left a will or not, there are often options to avoid the legal expenses, time delays, and frustrations of the probate process. In addition to guiding families through probate alternatives, we also help establish communication with lenders and ensure a proper chain of heirship for home titles.
We specialize in working with difficult mortgage lenders—especially in cases where foreclosure may be underway. In some situations, family members may not be aligned on how to move forward with a home or personal property left behind. We provide guidance and support to help families find consensus, even in emotionally complex situations, so that the estate’s proceeds go to the rightful heirs—not to excessive attorney fees or court costs.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that every homeowner deserves compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable guidance. We stand firm in our commitment to serve others, inspired by the words of scripture:

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

Seven important ways we assist at no cost to you…
At no cost we will meet with all family stakeholders to understand your situation and recommend a course of action. In many cases the Probate process can and should be avoided saving significant time and costs.
The requirements for probate are often times dependent upon the composition of the estate that must be considered. Simple estates that consist of mostly a homes and personal possessions many times do not require a probate proceeding.
We will evaluate any predefined Will, Family Trust or other estate definition documents to assist you to determine how they will support the probate process.
We provide a single solution for all probate and estate support needs. Whether it is legal, mortgage lender coordination, estate liquidation or sale of homes and real property we can provide the required expertise to solve any problems and advise you on the best course of action.
If probate is required, we can help you with the required legal counsel and support team to successfully and expeditiously complete the probate process. Be advised that attorneys will only support required legal proceedings as part of the probate process. A complete team of experts is required to alleviate the burden and actions required to be completed to successfully complete probate.
Many times even when probate is required we can expedite the distribution of estate proceeds to the family and heirs. Our expertise of the process can allow distribution of the proceeds prior to probate completing. If there is a home or real property included in the state many times we will purchase these assets further expediting the distribution of money to the family.
Most times our expertise and support is at no cost to the family. Our services and support can be paid for from the proceeds of the estate.
